This US Residents Privacy Notice is for individuals residing in the following US states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah. It supplements the information contained in our main Privacy Statement at https://midserved.com/privacy-notice. It explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information and how to exercise your rights under various applicable privacy laws in the United States, including the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (collectively, the “US Privacy Laws”).

We may ask such third party to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your information and the integrity of our services, such as by providing signed permission from you to make the request on your behalf, and may need to verify their identity, such as by requesting valid government issued ID. You may only make a verifiable consumer request to know twice within a 12-month period.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. In addition, where applicable, we will provide you with more information about our appeal process. When you submit a request or launch an appeal, we will limit our collection of your personal information to only what is necessary to securely fulfil your request or process your appeal. We will not require you or your authorized agent to pay a fee for the verification of your request or appeal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.
